Member Information Update Form
Use this form to update your member information every year, or whenever your information changes.
Existing members: This form works for both members accepted through the new online application and members who joined EEMAA before the online/Stripe system. First verify your EEMAA Member ID and the email currently recorded with EEMAA. After verification, your current information is prefilled so you can change only what needs updating. Existing/pre-online members are not charged new-member application fees.

If you do not know your Member ID, please contact EEMAA. Existing members can be added/imported by an EEMAA administrator without submitting a new paid application.
